How many bends and how long can a clothes dryer exhaust go?

We’ve got our dyer on the second floor and the exhaust pokes out outside towards our front door, this is usually not an issue but during winter it can cause ice to build right infront of the front door which as you can imagine, isin’t fun to start your day off slipping. We’d like to pass the exhaust slinky tube thing down to the basement and outside. I guess the total length of the tube would end up being around 20′ and there would be 3 45 degree bends. Will I still be okay?edit: Thanks for the help everyone, i noticed that my description was pretty bad so hopefully this picture can help. Thick white is existing and thick red is what I’m hoping to do.Pic is not to scale or anything via /r/DIY
