Load bearing wall help

For background, house is built in 1978 located in Ontario, Canada. My plan is to build a basement closet for the adjacent room that that extends into this storage room. I am thinking that the 2×4’s marked in green are not load bearing and are safe to remove, but I would like a second opinion.I know for sure the horizontal beam (blue) and steel jack post (red) is load bearing. The floor joists overlap ontop of this beam and run perpendicular. However, since the 2×4 interior wall does not have a double header I’m thinking it is safe to remove those 2x4s to build the closet. Appreciate the second set of eyes on this project before starting.Photos of wall via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/397nXiE
