Stuck! Need help halfway through replacing an antique toilet

Hi everyone, I’ve checked YT to see if there was anyone else who had this issue, but nothing. We moved into our house a year ago and I took on this project of removing our legacy 1920’s toilet. Everything was going ok, until we realized the bottom of the toilet was stuck. So I took a sledgehammer to the toilet to find this. There seems to be an extra plate in front of the flange that I can’t remove from our tile, and the bolts are rusted on the flange itself. Any ideas on how to remove these two without screwing up the tiles so I can put on our replacement toilet?toilet pic via /r/DIY
