Backsplash gap

I recently redid my half bath with a new vanity, and need some advice on how to make a tile backsplash work. There is a good 3/4″ gap between the side of the sink and the wall that I’m not sure how to cover. I would have pushed the cabinet flush with the wall, but the molding around the door would have prevented the right-side cabinet door and bottom drawer from opening.Might I have to build up the wall somehow, then tile over that and use “quarter-round” tiles at the top? (Sorry, not super familiar with the terminology.) I’ve tried googling it a bunch of ways, but haven’t quite found anything matching thus situation. via /r/DIY
