Help repairing tap handle

I have no experience in this whatsoever so please help!

I found my tap turns and turns and does not “grip” the actual metal tap underneath. The plastic is worn out. The house is approx 30 year old and has the original taps.

I have swapped it out for another tap handle we don’t use in the house as a temporary fix. Are these black bits of plastic common and easy to replace or are they no longer common.
