i did some research on this and i was able to melt crayola crayons perfectly fine on the stovetop.
but i bought some generic crayons to melt and make into easter shapes for my nephew, but they won’t melt!
i tried looking this up on google and i literally couldn’t find anything about crayons refusing to melt.
i had the crayons in a tin in a boiling pot of water and it melted the crayola crayons perfectly! but it won’t melt the generic crayons.
i really don’t want to waste my crayola crayons, so is there anything i can try to melt the generic crayons?
i also tried to melt the generic crayons in the microwave and it still didn’t work. they just got thick and lumpy.
