I am starting the process of "finishing" my unfinish basement. My basement unfinished weirdly has always been very cool and mostly pleasantly temperature controlled. When I frame the walls, would it make sense to insulate even with that being true or am I overthinking this?

What kind of thoughts should I be weighing on type of insulating if so. I am still working on a system of modulating the moisture in the basement. It flucates between really dry and 50% humidity at times.
