Drilled a few holes in Chamotte (fire stone) without mask protection, possibility of silicosis?

Hi guys,

I went on a DIY project and drilled a few holes with my usual drill in chamotte stone (pizza oven) which I only later found out that it's composed from 60% silica (SIO2) and 40% aluminium oxide. I did not wear any protection and there was dust all over the place. This was maybe a few months ago and I stumbled upon article talking about silicosis and now I am freaking out if it is possible to contract silicosis by one time drilling a few holes in chamotte stone? I read online that it takes year of exposire to concrete and cement dust and construction workers are at risk. But this Chamotte stone has high amount of silica which scares me. I am so worried about my house inmates too, I can't eat or sleep. Please advise.
