What product to use for a watertight Polyurethane to Polyurethane WET APPLICATION?
I know this is a bad situation to be in, but we have a wet mushroom fruiting room with a water drainage problem (there's no drain) and need to bond polyurethane to concrete, preferably while both are wet… We have a concrete slab and a freestanding fruiting room full of our first crop that really needs to stay VERY humid.
Here's our setup: freestanding wood frame (pressure-treated base-plates) with 3mil polyurethane tightly stretched inside. An interior base trim wrapped in the same 3mil poly as walls are flex-sealed to the concrete, and seems to be working to keep the pooling water inside. i.e. the "horizontal component" of our water problem is under control, but the "vertical component" is not. Water condensing on the poly walls is dripping straight down between the base trim and the pressure-treated sill plate atop the slab. I realize we messed up the design, but water is coming out of the room. We need to seal the room tight so water will pool inside and we can get it out with a sump pump.
Is there any product we can use to seal polyurethane to polyurethane while both are wet?
