Plastic vapor barrier question via /r/DIY

Plastic vapor barrier question

Installing a bathroom in a basement, framing the one wall with 2x2s to save space and using 1.5" rigid foam insulation with one foil side.

On 2/3rds of the wall is going to be a steam shower. My question is – should I put plastic sheet vapor barrier on BOTH sides of the wall to best prevent moisture? I'm fine with going overkill, I just don't want it to cause problems down the road.
